Important Disclosures
Last updated: 1 June 2026
This page sets out the scope, limitations, and off-ramp procedures for the PRC Workforce protocol. Read before enrolling.
What PRC is
PRC Workforce is a 90-day behavioural protocol delivered by email. It maps and redesigns the trigger-response patterns that erode professional performance. It is built for senior professionals who will not engage with clinical or HR-adjacent support pathways.
The protocol operates on the mechanism underneath a presenting behaviour. It does not require the participant to name, label, or disclose what they are addressing.
What PRC is not
PRC is a 90-day behavioural protocol. Not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or a psychological service. It does not diagnose or prescribe.
PRC does not provide:
- Clinical assessment or diagnosis
- Psychological treatment of any kind
- Medical advice or prescription
- Mental health counselling or therapy
- Crisis intervention or emergency support
If you are in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111, or attend your nearest A&E.
Who PRC is built for
PRC is built for any person in the employing organisation whose day-to-day performance is being affected by a behavioural pattern they have not addressed through available support routes. Site-wide enrolment applies independent of job grade, seniority, hours worked, or whether the participant is already engaged with other support.
The protocol sits alongside what is already in place. It does not require the participant to stop, disclose, or replace any other engagement. The mechanism it operates on is consistent across role, level, and working pattern.
PRC is not appropriate for:
- Individuals currently in acute mental health crisis
- Individuals whose presenting concern requires immediate clinical intervention
- Individuals under active psychiatric care for a condition directly related to the pattern they intend to address
If you are unsure whether PRC is appropriate for your situation, speak with your GP before enrolling.
Anonymity architecture
The anonymity guarantee is structural, not policy-based. It is a design condition of the protocol, not a commitment that can be overridden.
- Participants enrol using a seat number on a personal device
- No work email address is used at any stage
- No name is recorded anywhere in the system
- The employer sees seat occupancy, cohort completion rate, and aggregate PRC Index movement only
- No individual data can be extracted from the system by any party
The employing organisation does not know who enrolled. This is not a policy commitment. It is technically impossible for them to know.
Data and privacy
PRC Workforce operates in compliance with UK GDPR. The protocol architecture is designed so that no participant data is shared with the employing organisation beyond the aggregate figures described in Clause 04. ICO registration completes before the first cohort activation.
Participant data is held against a personal email address provided at enrolment.

The PRC Index
The PRC Index consists of seven self-report measures, each rated 1 to 10. It captures each participant's own assessment of their performance at four points across the protocol: Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90. Five measures track day-to-day operational output. Two track the specific pattern the participant came in to address.
Aggregate cohort movement is reported to the employing organisation at each of the three milestone points (Day 30, Day 60, Day 90). Individual scores are not reported to any party.
The PRC Index is a self-assessment tool for participant use and aggregate cohort reporting. It is not a clinical outcome measure. It is not diagnostic. It is not independently validated. Independent validation is on the roadmap.
Outcomes and results
PRC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. The protocol draws on established behavioural science research. Individual outcomes depend on participant engagement, the nature of the pattern being addressed, and factors outside the protocol's control.
No clinical outcome claims are made. Aggregate PRC Index movement reported to employers reflects participant self-assessment only.
Clinical concern off-ramp
If a clinical concern surfaces at any point during the protocol, the participant should stop the protocol immediately and seek appropriate clinical support. To hold your seat, contact Jon Cull directly at jon@prcworkforce.com. Your seat will be held at no charge. There is no restart penalty. The protocol can resume when appropriate, at the participant's discretion.
PRC will never direct a participant to continue the protocol in place of clinical care.
Safeguarding
PRC operates with full participant anonymity. This means PRC cannot initiate welfare checks or contact participants directly in response to disclosed risk. If you are at risk of harm to yourself or others, contact emergency services (999), NHS 111, or your GP immediately. Do not rely on PRC as a safeguarding resource.
Liability
PRC Workforce is a behavioural protocol, not a regulated health service. Jon Cull trading as PRC Workforce limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for outcomes arising from participation in the protocol where those outcomes relate to clinical, medical, or psychological conditions that fall outside the scope defined in Clause 01 and Clause 02.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Participants are responsible for assessing whether the protocol is appropriate for their situation before enrolling. If in doubt, consult a GP.
