THE EMPLOYER (HR director, often via a broker)
THEIR STAFF
1. Finds PRCDay 0
Hears of PRC from a broker, LinkedIn or the homepage.
▼
Asks for the sample report. Short form: name, title, firm, email, staff numbers, one tick box. The report opens straight away.
▼
Jon replies within one working day, about the box they ticked.
Optional 30-minute call with Jon.
2. Signs upWeek 0
Gets the employer pack: what the audit is, the price, every question, how it runs.
▼
Three days later, Jon checks in by email or phone to answer any questions.
▼
Signs the two-page agreement. Sets three dates and says how many staff will be asked (at least 200).
▼
Pays for the audit. £3,450 for one site up to 500 staff. Invoice on signature, 14 days to pay.
Never sends PRC a staff list or any email address.
3. The audit runsWeeks 1 to 2
Sends the invitation from a senior name, using wording Jon writes. Then two reminders, on day 5 and day 9.
The audit stays open ten working days.
Gets the email from someone they know at work.
▼
Taps one shared link on their own phone, on mobile data. 24 questions, about five minutes, nothing to type.
▼
Last screen lists the support on offer, plus free national services.
No name, email, internet address or time is kept.
4. The reportWeek 3
Gets the report and a call within a week of closing. Group figures only: who used what, who didn't know it existed, and why the rest stayed away.
Under 30 replies? No figures, and the fee is refunded in full.
▼
Tells staff what it found and what they decided, within six weeks.
Hears back from their employer: what the survey said and what's changing.
5. DecidesWithin 3 months
Often the fix is free, such as telling staff what's on offer. The report says so.
▼
Or buys the 90-day programme. £9,750 a year. The audit fee comes off within three months, so £6,300.
Founding places: three firms get the first 90 days free, then pay like everyone else. Audits must be booked by 31 January 2027, and places go in the order audits finish.
6. The programme90 days
Tells staff it's available. Never learns who joined.
▼
Gets group figures only: places in use, how many finished, average scores at days 1, 30, 60 and 90.
Fewer than five finished? Even the average is withheld.
Signs up with a personal email on their own device. Their choice.
▼
74 emails and 13 weekly worksheets over 90 days. Spots the habits that cost them, picks a better response, practises it.
What they write stays on their own phone or computer.
7. A year onMonth 12
Renews the programme, and can run a repeat audit (£1,750) with the same questions to see what moved.
Answers the same 24 questions again, just as anonymously.
