The problem

Your senior people are not going to use the EAP.

They have already worked out what it costs. A clinical record is viewable. On an income protection application, a life cover renewal, a critical illness form, there will be a question about treatment for a mental health condition. Disclose it and the premium loads. Withhold it and the policy voids when you claim.

And the insurance piece is only part of it. Once it is out inside an organisation it stays out. The manager who handled it professionally still knows. The HR Director who was completely discreet still has a file.

The Keynote

Jon delivers his story as a performance account to your senior population. Not inspiration. A direct account of what a pattern costs professionally, how it runs invisibly for years, and what twelve years of a different default looks like in practice.

No clinical language. No group disclosure. No one is asked to identify themselves. The keynote creates the context. The workshop and protocol do the work.

The Workshop

CBT-informed and person-centred. Each participant maps their own pattern and leaves with a written 30-day redesign plan. Private work. No group sharing required. Each person works on their own material throughout.

The 90-day email protocol starts the following Monday. Entirely private. No name recorded. Nothing on the organisation's infrastructure.

The protocol runs for 90 days after the workshop. Included in the per-seat price.

Layer Three · Annual licence · Internal delivery

The Licence

The organisation runs the workshop internally through their L&D or People team. Facilitator guide, participant workbooks, and the full 90-day protocol architecture included. Scales without Jon in the room.

Minimum cohort size 10. Annual renewal. Direct support from Jon available throughout the licence period.

Organisation-owned. Runs indefinitely on the annual licence.
