A structured performance programme for senior professionals and managers running a pattern that is costing them output. And who will not put their name on a list to get help with it.
CBT-informed. Person-centred. No clinical pathway. No group disclosure. No name recorded anywhere.
They have already worked out what it costs. A clinical record is viewable. On an income protection application, a life cover renewal, a critical illness form, there will be a question about treatment for a mental health condition. Disclose it and the premium loads. Withhold it and the policy voids when you claim.
And the insurance piece is only part of it. Once it is out inside an organisation it stays out. The manager who handled it professionally still knows. The HR Director who was completely discreet still has a file.
So they keep going. They turn up. They perform. They manage it themselves in private. The IPPR puts the hidden cost at the equivalent of 44 lost working days a year per person. Not people who are off sick. People who are in the building, at their desk, every day.
Until they cannot do it anymore.
IPPR, Healthy Industry Prosperous Economy, July 2024. · EAPA Market Watch: EAP utilisation at around 1 in 10 on the industry body's own figure.
My Leak. My Default. can run as a keynote only, a keynote and workshop, or a full licence that your organisation runs internally. Each layer includes everything below it.
Jon delivers his story as a performance account to your senior population. Not inspiration. A direct account of what a pattern costs professionally, how it runs invisibly for years, and what twelve years of a different default looks like in practice.
No clinical language. No group disclosure. No one is asked to identify themselves. The keynote creates the context. The workshop and protocol do the work.
CBT-informed and person-centred. Each participant maps their own pattern and leaves with a written 30-day redesign plan. Private work. No group sharing required. Each person works on their own material throughout.
The 90-day email protocol starts the following Monday. Entirely private. No name recorded. Nothing on the organisation's infrastructure.
The organisation runs the workshop internally through their L&D or People team. Facilitator guide, participant workbooks, and the full 90-day protocol architecture included. Scales without Jon in the room.
Minimum cohort size 10. Annual renewal. Direct support from Jon available throughout the licence period.
My Leak. My Default. and PRC Workforce are separate products. Each works without the other. If your organisation wants the 90-day protocol without the workshop, PRC Workforce is the right choice. If you want Jon in the room first, start here. The two can also run together: the workshop launches the protocol. Learn about PRC Workforce →
I was building property developments at the time. Investors in the room. Banks. Architects. People whose opinion of me was directly connected to money moving and contracts signing. I had a pattern that was running everything. I could see the cost of it. I could not see a route out that did not cost me more.
"The thing that felt like it had to stay secret turned out to be just a chapter. A long one. But a chapter."
What I eventually understood was that I had been applying the wrong kind of solution to the right problem. Willpower and rules work on the surface. The mechanism underneath needs to be mapped, examined, and replaced. Not fought.
Twelve years ago I acted on that. Twelve years later the pattern has not come back. Not because I am stronger. Because the conditions that fed it no longer exist in the same way.
There are no anonymous testimonials on this page. There is one case study. It is mine.
Priced per person attending the workshop. The keynote, the workshop, and the 90-day protocol are all included in the per-seat price. No separate fees for delivery, travel, or follow-up materials.
Minimum order £5,000. All prices exclude VAT. UK mainland travel included. All routes go through a call with Jon.
Every standard route requires the same thing: the person identifies themselves as someone who needs help. My Leak. My Default. removes that requirement from the first minute.
An EAP, an app, a platform. The individual has to identify a need, find the route, and engage with it privately. Most senior professionals never start. Nobody is coming to them.
Jon comes to the organisation. The session is framed as a performance programme, not a support service. No one has to identify themselves. The work happens privately from the first exercise.
A diagnosis. A referral. A course of treatment. It goes on file. The file gets asked about on insurance applications. The senior professional already knows this.
No clinical record. No diagnosis. No name attached to anything. Nothing created inside the programme has to be declared to an insurer, an employer, or anyone else.
30 minutes. Every first call goes to Jon personally. The call covers your organisation's current provision, what utilisation looks like, and whether this is the right fit. If it is not, you will be told.

PRC Workforce is the anonymous 90-day protocol for organisations that want site-wide provision without a workshop. Per employee, per year. No seat caps.
See PRC Workforce →My Leak. My Default. is a structured performance programme delivered by workshop and email. It is not therapy, counselling, or any form of clinical treatment. It does not diagnose. It does not prescribe. It does not operate as a psychological service.
The CBT-informed and person-centred framework describes the evidence base the programme draws on. It does not make this programme a clinical intervention. If a clinical concern surfaces during the programme, the participant is directed to the appropriate clinical service.
No clinical record is created by participation in this programme. Nothing created inside the programme has to be declared to an insurer, an employer, or any third party. PRC does not provide clinical advice. If you are concerned about your health, consult a qualified clinician.
